1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GetApply, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("GetApply," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2 Description of Service

GetApply is a managed job application service. When you purchase a package, our team:

  • Searches job boards and company career pages to find opportunities that match your Criteria Profile
  • Curates a selection of matching jobs and presents them to you for review
  • Submits applications on your behalf to the jobs you approve, using the information you provide in your Criteria Profile
  • Generates tailored resumes and cover letters for each application

GetApply does not guarantee employment, interviews, callbacks, or any specific outcome. We are an application service — results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including employer decisions, job availability, and market conditions.

3 Packages and Pricing

Service is provided in the following packages:

Each package represents a single cohort of applications submitted within one engagement cycle. Packages do not roll over; unused applications in a cycle expire when the engagement closes.

Early Adopter Pricing: Users who sign up within the first 30 days of GetApply's launch receive 50% off on all orders placed within that 30-day window. After day 30, all users — including early adopters — pay the regular prices listed above. No exceptions.

4 How the Service Works

Your engagement proceeds through the following stages:

  • Criteria Profile: You complete a profile with your personal details, work authorization, job preferences, skills, and application materials. Accuracy is your responsibility.
  • Scouting: We search for jobs matching your profile. This phase typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Job Approval: We present a curated list of matching jobs. You approve or reject each one. The engagement proceeds only with jobs you have explicitly approved.
  • Application Submission: We submit applications to your approved jobs, entering your information into employer portals and forms. Our 5-day delivery window begins when you complete your approval step.
  • Delivery: You receive confirmation of each submitted application, including the company, role, and submission date.
Important: By approving a job for submission, you authorize GetApply to submit an application in your name using the information in your profile. You are responsible for ensuring all profile information is accurate and truthful. Submitting false credentials, fabricated work experience, or misrepresenting qualifications is a violation of these Terms and may have serious legal consequences.

5 Delivery Window

We target delivery of all applications in your package within 5 business days from the date you complete your job approval step. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

The 5-day window is a target, not a contractual guarantee. Factors outside our control — including employer portal downtime, application system outages, extended account creation requirements, or complex application forms — may cause delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you and work to complete the remaining applications as quickly as possible.

6 Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your Criteria Profile and not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, education, or credentials
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
  • Ensure you are legally authorized to work in the locations and roles for which you are applying
  • Comply with the terms of service of any employer portal or job board to which we submit on your behalf

7 Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We use a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.

Refund policy:

  • Before job approval: If you have not yet completed your job approval step, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at support@getapply.io.
  • After applications are submitted: No refunds are issued once we have submitted applications on your behalf. The service has been rendered.
  • Partial completion: If we are unable to submit all applications in your package due to factors within our control, we will credit the unsubmitted applications toward a future order.
  • Technical failures: If a submission fails due to a confirmed technical error on our part, we will attempt resubmission or provide a credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

8 Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all information you provide, including your resume content, cover letters, and profile information. By using the Service, you grant GetApply a limited license to use that information solely to perform the services you have purchased.

GetApply owns all rights to the platform, software, branding, and generated content that we produce (including resume and cover letter templates and designs). You may use generated application materials for personal job search purposes.

9 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR JOB APPLICATION WILL RESULT IN AN INTERVIEW, OFFER, OR EMPLOYMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETAPPLY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetApply and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any false or inaccurate information you provide; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@getapply.io. No refund will be issued for any completed orders.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve any dispute individually and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
